Our standard MOQ is 50 meters for production orders. For sampling or trial orders, we can work with smaller quantities—just let us know your situation. Custom pattern development may require higher minimums depending on complexity.

Yes. We do Pantone color matching and can also match to physical samples you send us. For critical color accuracy, we recommend approving a strike-off sample before full production.

We provide free sample kits to qualified business customers. Each kit includes 5-8 swatches of different lace types and base materials, plus our color card and product catalog. Custom strike-offs for your specific design have a fee, but we credit that toward your production order.

Absolutely. Send us your sketches, photographs, or digital files and our pattern development team will create production-ready artwork. Pattern development is free for orders above 300 meters. We can also modify designs from our existing library of 2,000+ patterns.

Every order goes through inspection at multiple stages: incoming materials, in-process checks during embroidery, and final inspection before packing. Our standard is "first quality"—no visible defects from 1 meter under normal lighting. We send photos of finished goods before shipping.
