At YiTuo Embroidery, we specialize in custom-made lace fabrics tailored to your specific requirements. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
No Returns on Custom Orders
Because all our lace fabrics are made to order based on your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each order is uniquely produced for you, and once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of defects or errors on our part.
Defective or Incorrect Products
We take great care to ensure the quality of our lace fabrics. However, if you receive a product that is defective or does not match your order specifications, we will make it right.
If your order arrives with defects, damage, or incorrect specifications, please contact us immediately at info@yituoembroidery.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or error.
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer you one of the following solutions: we will remake the product to the correct specifications at no additional cost to you, or we will issue a full refund for the defective items.
What Qualifies as Defective or Incorrect
Defective or incorrect products include fabric that has manufacturing defects such as tears, holes, or significant flaws, products that do not match the agreed-upon specifications (color, pattern, size, material), items damaged during production or shipping due to inadequate packaging, or products that are significantly different from approved samples.
What Does Not Qualify for Refund or Remake
We cannot offer refunds or remakes for changes of mind or buyer's remorse, minor color variations due to different screen displays or lighting conditions, natural variations in fabric texture or appearance that are inherent to the material, orders where you provided incorrect specifications or measurements, dissatisfaction with fabric that matches the approved sample and specifications, or normal wear and tear after the product has been used or washed.
Sample Approval Process
To ensure your satisfaction with bulk orders, we strongly recommend ordering a sample first. Once you approve the sample, we will proceed with bulk production based on those exact specifications. If the bulk order matches the approved sample, it will not be eligible for return or refund.
Please carefully review and approve samples before authorizing bulk production. Changes cannot be made once bulk production has begun.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once your custom order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, and payment is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@yituoembroidery.com. If production has not yet started, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund. If production has already begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Damage
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and will either arrange for a remake or issue a refund depending on the extent of the damage.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
