Custom Order Processing Times
As we primarily create custom lace fabrics made to order, please allow time for production. Sample orders require 7-10 business days for processing. Bulk orders require 20 business days for production. These timeframes begin after order confirmation and payment receipt, and do not include shipping time.
Production time may vary depending on order complexity and quantity. We will keep you informed of your order progress throughout the production process.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer worldwide shipping via sea freight as our standard shipping method. The estimated delivery time is 30 days from the shipment date. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
For total timeline planning, a sample order typically takes 37-40 days total (7-10 days production plus 30 days shipping). A bulk order typically takes 50 days total (20 days production plus 30 days shipping).
Delivery times may vary depending on your destination country due to customs clearance procedures, local postal service efficiency, geographic location, and peak shipping seasons or holidays. We ship to all countries worldwide.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and dimensions, destination country, and shipping method selected. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. For large bulk orders, please contact us for a customized shipping quote.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, carrier information, and estimated delivery date. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number through the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Delays may occur during customs clearance, which is beyond our control. Please provide accurate shipping information to avoid customs issues. We will provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance.

Shipping Restrictions
While we ship worldwide, certain restrictions may apply. Some remote or restricted areas may not be accessible. Certain countries may have import restrictions on textile products. Orders may be subject to additional shipping time for hard-to-reach locations. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether we can ship to your location.
Order Confirmation & Address Changes
Please carefully review your shipping address during checkout. Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address before shipment. Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address, so please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at info@yituoembroidery.com. Provide your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Claims must be filed within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors, building management, or household members. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation and contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. Contact us if the issue is not resolved within 48 hours.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist you in investigating the matter.
Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated timelines, delays may occur due to high order volume during peak seasons, complex custom design requirements, weather conditions or natural disasters, customs processing delays, carrier operational issues, or public holidays. We will notify you promptly if we anticipate any significant delays with your order.
Expedited Shipping
For urgent orders, we may offer expedited production or shipping options. Air freight is available as a faster shipping alternative with additional cost. Multiple Item Orders
If you order multiple items, custom items will ship together once all items are ready. If you need items shipped separately, please place separate orders or contact us to arrange split shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for split shipments.
